In one form or another, Steffan Postaer has been writing all of his life. chairman and chief creative officer of one of the world’s largest advertising companies, Euro RSCG Worldwide Chicago, Postaer is responsible for the overall creative leadership and quality of creative products for clients that include Anheuser Busch, Citibank, and Potbelly.
Prior to joining Euro RSCG, Postaer was executive vice president and chief creative officer of Leo Burnett’s LBWorks. He is the recipient of advertising’s most prestigious awards including a Kelly Award, Best of Show, and gold and silver awards at competitions including the One Show, the ADDYs, and a Cannes Gold Lion.
Beattie McGuinness Bungay
Trevor Beattie has been responsible for a string of extremely visible and talked about advertising campaigns and has produced award-winning work for clients as diverse as Adidas, FCUK, PlayStation, and Wonderbra. Beattie was listed as the ninth Most Influential Person in Media by Marketing magazine in 2002 and voted Creative Director of the Year in 2003 in the IPA Best of the Best Awards. Beattie established Beattie McGuinness Bungay (BMB) on May 5, 2005.
The Coca-Cola Company
As Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of The Coca-Cola Company, Esther Lee oversees advertising development as well as creative idea development for Coca-Cola across the world. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company in 2002, Lee worked in several capacities in the advertising industry, including at J. Walter Thompson and Deutsch Advertising. DiNoto Lee was co-founded by Lee in March 1997, where she served as principal and director of strategic and business planning for five years.
Peterson Milla Hooks
Founder and creative director of Minneapolis-based Peterson Milla Hooks, Peterson is best-known for his work for Target Stores, including the Sign of the Times, Color Your World, and Design For All campaigns, which was the recipient of the 2005 OBIE Best of Show. Peterson’s work has also been recognized by the design community and even exhibited at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum.
Jean Pool has over 25 years of experience in the media services industry. As executive vice president, chief operating officer, North America for Universal McCann, Pool works on many of the industry’s leading marketers including Kohl’s, Microsoft, IHOP and Nationwide Insurance. Pool started her career at J. Walter Thompson and then worked as president of operations at Mindshare North America.
As creative director for CBS Outdoor San Francisco, Sean Robertson has found challenge, fulfillment, and hair loss developing and promoting OOH creative and the “Art of the Poster.” A former OBIE Awards Judge, part of industry’s Speakers Bureau, and currently chairman of the OAAA Creative Committee, Robertson is currently entrenching himself in the effort to further the advancement of OOH design and has undertaken a quest to improve the “creative life on the streets.”
Venables Bell & Partners
Paul Venables started his career in advertising in New York, answering phones for a now defunct agency. He ended up on the west coast at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners where he rose to co-creative director and associate partner. In June 2001, he opened his own agency, Venables, Bell & Partners, whose clients include Bell Sports, HBO, and Napster. The agency has won Gold Lions, D&AD awards, One Show awards, and other prizes.
