Rob Feakins - Chief Judge
Publicis New York

Rob is Chief Creative Officer and President of Publicis New York.

To get there, Rob spent the formative years of his career at Chiat/Day in Los Angeles where he created award-winning work for Porsche, Nissan and Eveready. Rob was then lured back east where he served as ECD at Ammirati & Puris. Previous to joining Publicis, Rob was ECD and Vice Chairman at Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners where he created memorable campaigns for Target, Mohegan Sun, Citi and Liberty Mutual.

Rob's work has received hundreds of awards, including Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, Effies and Andy Heads. In his four years at Publicis, the agency's work has won over 350 awards. Rob is on the board of The Art Directors Club of New York and has been a regular juror for the industry's top award shows.

Rob and his wife Mary have two daughters and live in Connecticut. 



Jean-Luc Decaux
JCDecaux North America

JCDecaux NA is a subsidiary of the JCDecaux Group, the world leader in out of home media with a presence in 56 countries worldwide, with 1,023,932 advertising panels. JCDecaux is the number one outdoor advertising specialist in the world, as well as the market leader in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Jean-Luc Decaux is Co-Chief Executive Officer, JCDecaux NA. Jean-Luc oversees the North American Sales and Marketing activities for the JC Decaux Group, including its airport, street furniture, transit, and mall advertising programs.
Jean-Luc joined JCDecaux USA (New York) as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing in December 2000 and two years later, the company named him Co-CEO of an expanded JCDecaux North America.

Prior to that, he spent 13 years working for the International Division of the JCDecaux Group, launching the advertising franchises in both London and Sydney, Australia. He was a Sales Director in the London office for eight years, and worked for three years in Sydney where the company established a coordinated street furniture program in time for the 2000 Olympics.

Jean-Luc also serves as a Director on the boards of the Traffic Audit Bureau and the Ad Club of New York.


 

 
Amy Good
Nestle Purina Pet Care Co.

Amy Good, Media Manager at Nestlé Purina PetCare Company (NPPC), leverages over 15 years of media and communications experience while working for the world’s largest manufacturer of dog and cat dry and wet foods, and the leading producer of cat box filler in the United States.

Good is responsible for several of NPPC’s brands in media/communication plans development. She contributes brand and portfolio media insights and strategies, testing of new media technologies, steering of NPPC’s Media Planning Agencies, and execution of NPPC media.

Prior to working at NPPC, she lived in Chicago while growing in her career at media ad agencies on premiere brands in the CPG, healthcare, QSR, and retail industries.

Good has both client and agency professional experience. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and has presented training workshops on media planning and buying at her previous agencies, as well as at NPPC.

She balances her career with a home life that includes her husband, a standard poodle and foster children.
 



Manuel Machado

Duncan Milner
TBWA\Media Arts Lab

Milner, who began his advertising career at a small boutique agency in San Diego, has spent over 18 years with Chiat/Day, working in four different cities, including San Francisco, Toronto, St. Louis, and Los Angeles. During his four years at Toronto, the shop won Agency of the Year honors two years in a row.

In 2000, Milner was named Creative Director on the Apple account, and over the past 10 years has helped to launch the iPod, iPhone, and iPad, as well as reignite the growth of Mac with the iconic “Mac vs PC” campaign.

In 2006, he helped open TBWA\Media Arts Lab, the agency responsible for Apple's advertising globally. He has helped MAL grow to over 300 employees in seven offices around the world and currently holds the position of Chief Creative Officer. Along the way Milner has won numerous local, regional and international awards from Cannes Lions to the One Show. 
 


 


David Payne
Kinetic Americas

David Payne has more than 20 years of experience in the outdoor communications field. He is the Chief Executive Officer for Kinetic Americas, the world’s leading lifestyle and environment media agency. Appointed in June 2009, David is responsible for nearly $2 billion in billings spanning across six offices in the United States.

Previously, David led Kinetic Europe (EMEA) where he managed the rapid development of Kinetic’s European network. He expanded Kinetic’s presence to 21 offices across 16 markets and grew billings to $2.2 billion in just under four years.

David has a MBA from the University of Reading and enjoys playing cricket and rugby. 



Richard Sullivan
Red Square Agency

Richard C. Sullivan Sr. is the founding principal of Red Square Agency, headquartered in Mobile, Ala. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from The University of Alabama in 1970 and earned a Master of Arts degree in journalism and public relations from Alabama in 1971. Richard began his advertising career in July of 1971 with J.H. Lewis Advertising, of which he became vice president and equity partner. In 1974, he joined Barney & Patrick Advertising as vice president, and in 1977 co-founded the company now known as Red Square Agency.

Richard’s company has worked on brands like Terminix, BellSouth, Chevrolet, Hardee’s, ServiceMaster, Hard Rock, Verizon, ExxonMobil, Van Kampen Investments, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and others.

Richard has been affiliated as a member and served on the board of directors with numerous professional and civic organizations. In 1990, he received the Silver Medal Award from the American Advertising Federation Mobile Bay in recognition of lifetime achievement in the industry.

In his spare time, Richard is an avid golfer.
