Tracy Wong - Chief Judge
WONGDOODY
Tracy Wong is Executive Creative Director/Chairman and founding partner of WONGDOODY. Their accounts include Alaska Airlines, ESPN, T-Mobile, Quiznos Subs, the National Basketball Association, Bank of America, The Gates Foundation and The Harlem Globetrotters.
Throughout his career, Tracy has frequently been named among advertising’s creative elite. Winner of over 300 national and international creative awards, he has taken top prizes at One Show, Cannes, Clios, Art Directors Show, Andys, Effies, Graphis, Emmys, Radio Mercurys and Communication Arts with work that spans three decades.
His groundbreaking TV campaign for Chevy’s Restaurants was inducted into The Clio Hall of Fame in 2006. And ADWEEK named him to their Creative 2000 List, which cited advertising’s “creative leaders of tomorrow.” Other notable honors: Finalist/Ernst & Young’s 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year and Marketer of the Year for the American Marketing Association/NW.
Tracy started WONGDOODY with ex-NY account director Pat Doody in a 10 x 12 foot room with two chairs, one desk and no clients. The agency has since grown to $165 million in total billings with offices in Seattle and Los Angeles. Their work has been featured in the New York Times, TIME Magazine, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal.
He is currently working on a book entitled “The Democracy of Good Ideas,” which discusses ways to reinvent the creative process and help improve clients’ bottom lines.
His prior experience includes formative stints at iconic Ogilvy/New York and legendary Goodby, Silverstein & Partners/San Francisco. He is a graduate of Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, and the University of Oregon, Eugene.
Lastly, Tracy is male, not female.

Tony Alwin
Clear Channel Outdoor
As Senior Vice President of Creative for Clear Channel Outdoor, Tony's responsibilities include managing over 40 creative departments across the country, creative technology research and development, Internet Development and Public Relations. Tony has been in the outdoor business for over 25 years. He started as a pictorial billboard painter and helped pioneer computerized design and production of outdoor advertising. Tony has also been a Creative Director for Adams Outdoor, Universal Outdoor and Clear Channel National Sales. He currently is the Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America’s Creative Committee, has been an OBIE judge, and is also a member of the Ad Council’s outdoor creative review committee.
Tony received his bachelor's degree in fine art from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Norm Chait

Norm currently leads the out of home strategic planning and buying team in MediaVest’s New York and Los Angeles offices. Since joining MediaVest in 2003, Norm has grown the OOH from four members to over 20, and now leads work on Continental, Comcast, Wal-mart, Proctor & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Heineken, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Turner Broadcasting. Norm’s recent work includes the first ever heated bus shelters in Chicago for Kraft Stove Top, which won a Bronze Lion in Cannes in 2009. Norm, a sought-after industry expert, won MediaWeek’s Plan of the Year for “Best Use of OOH” in 2004 & 2006 among other award-winning campaigns from OAAA (2008 Gold Award for Westin, 2009 Gold Award and Local Media Plan Award for Kraft’s Stove Top).

Trudy Hardy
BMW of North America
As the Manager of Marketing Communications and Events, Trudy oversees both the creative and media implementation side of BMW National marketing actions as well as Events, Direct Marketing, Internet, Consumer Communications and Conquest/Loyalty activities.
Trudy joined the BMW Group family in 2001 as the Brand Communications Manager for MINI USA. She was one of the original team members responsible for launching the MINI brand in the United States and was promoted to the head of Marketing for MINI in 2005. In that role she was responsible for brand strategy, positioning, communication, research and events.
She is also a member of an international marketing team who develop global marketing strategies and campaigns for new product launches.
With over 15 years of automotive marketing experience, she began her automotive career with Jaguar Cars in the United States. There she held several positions within the marketing group, from Advertising Production to Brand Management for new vehicle launches such as the XK8 sports coupe and the S-TYPE sports sedan.
She and her family reside in Ringwood, New Jersey and she enjoys scuba diving and traveling in her free time.
Ms. Hardy earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ramapo College and she is also an active member of the alumni advisory board for the Anisfield School of Business.
Jose Molla

José is Co-Founder and Co-Chief Creative Officer of La Comunidad, a global independent agency with offices in Miami and Buenos Aires. Just two years after the agency’s launch, the Gunn report ranked La Comunidad as the 13th most awarded agency in the world.
Before starting La Comunidad with his brother Joaquin Molla, José was Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, Oregon for five years. His work for Nike International, Coca-Cola and Powerbar led him to work at Wieden’s Amsterdam and London offices. Prior to that, José worked at Ratto/BBDO helping it become the Argentinean agency with the most international awards including “Agency of the Year.” José has been invited to judge several award shows such as Cannes, Clios, The One Show, D&AD, and the ANDY’s, and his work has also been recognized by all of the international awards.
José currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for The One Club.

Jonathan Schoenberg
TDA
Jonathan Schoenberg is creative director/co-owner at TDA in Boulder, Colorado. He works on all TDA accounts including Boyer’s Coffee, Webroot Security Software, Tortilla Land, LL Bean, Sir Richard’s Condoms, Petzl Climbing Equipment, 1stBank, 1% for the Planet, and Titus Bikes.
His work has been recognized in Communication Arts Advertising Annual, the One Show, the Kelly Awards, Clios, D&AD, Cannes, OBIE Awards, and NY Art Directors. He has written a short film that was part of the Steven Spielberg Fox TV show “On the Lot,” and co-created a viral video called Angry Professor that was featured on VH1, ABC News, MSNBC, CNN, and the O’Reilly Report. It was one of the most discussed videos on YouTube and received over 4.5 million hits.
Jonathan attended Hobart College in Geneva, New York and was in the Graduate Writer's Program at Columbia University in New York City. In his spare time Jonathan is an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado, an advisory board member of Hillel, and a Board Member for Wavi, a medical technology company, and Crowd Factor, a mobile marketing company.
