2014 Out of Home Media Plan Awards Eligibility Requirements

The Out of Home Media Plan Awards run on a midyear cycle. Eligible campaigns will have been posted between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014. Campaigns running during that period, but entered in any previous Out of Home Media Plan Awards competition, are ineligible.

Proprietary information should be removed prior to submission.

Background:
Provide a situational analysis of the brand at the time the plan was constructed. What were the challenges, needs, and issues?


Objective:
State the communications and advertising objectives. Include specific demographic targets.


Strategy:

Describe the recommended plan devised to address the objectives. Indicate how each campaign element was selected and used. If TAB Out of Home Ratings were used, please indicate how they contributed strategic value to the plan.


Plan Details:
Provide particulars on flight dates, markets selected, out of home formats used, ratings data, and any other relevant metrics.




Results:
Provide any custom research, client testimonials, or press features that support the success of the campaign. Please include tangible results where possible.


Additional Information:
Provide any other relevant comments or observations that testify to the success of the out of home campaign.


Proof of Performance

Include at least three digital images of the creative in environment. Images must be in JPEG format and under 2MB each. If you would like to submit more than five images, please contact Makeda Kefale at mkefale@oaaa.org.
