Outdoor Industry Offers Hopeful Messages after Terrorist Attacks

The response of the outdoor advertising family to the tragedies of Tuesday, September 11, 2001, has been remarkable.  Within minutes of the first plane hitting the World Trade Center, OAAA members convened and crafted a message to heal America.

By Tuesday night, the message was out via fax and e-mail and by Wednesday, it was on the streets of America.  Calls and faxes came in to the OAAA's offices from all over the United States and Canada, and from as far away as Australia and South Africa, everyone offering to post this message of healing, and many calling to thank the industry for this show of support.

Please continue to post these messages of solidarity in your hometowns and across America.  It is our hope that this simple but powerful message will help ease some of America's pain.
