The 2012  Out of Home Media Plan Awards are now open for submission!

The Out of Home Media Plan Awards program honors efficient and effective out of home media plans that maximize the synergies between media and creative strategies within an available budget.


The Out of Home Media Plan Awards run on a midyear cycle. Campaigns eligible for the 2012 Out of Home Media Plan Awards competition will have been posted between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012. Any campaign running during that period, but entered in a previous Out of Home Media Plan Awards competition, is ineligible.

Entries will be judged on the innovative use of the out of home medium and the overall effectiveness of the campaign in addressing client objectives. Judges will determine Gold and Silver Award winners, as well as select an Out of Home Media Plan of the Year Award.

The jury will also select one campaign to receive a special award for outstanding use of TAB Out of Home Ratings. Any media plan which incorporates TAB Out of Home Ratings will be considered for this award.

Entries must be submitted on or before Tuesday, July 31, 2012 to be accepted for consideration.
